A little bit about Erm Lombardi, Zoom Producer
In 2020, when all of us were greatly impacted by the inability to gather in person, I started attending workshops and trainings online.
Zoom connected me deeply with new, incredible friends who I have yet to meet in person! My curiosity about how to create ‘magical human moments’ on Zoom led me to become a certified Zoom Tech Host. I continue to train with experts in this area, so I can serve my clients with excellence as a Zoom producer and virtual engagement consultant. Together we create extra-ordinary virtual events where participants feel connected and inspired while having learned from valuable content shared. Shine in the spotlight on Zoom’s centre stage; I’ll take care of the backstage!

As a Coach, I’m just like you — on a journey through life. Years ago I began studying material in the field of personal development and I continue to be a lifelong student. When you study yourself at a deeper level and are guided by skilled mentors who share effective tools and resources, things start to shift. Awareness and consciousness expand, allowing growth to take place. It feels amazing.
My own experience with this inspired me to become a certified coach through CCF. I love learning about people and hearing about what they really want in life. These conversations start to naturally reveal one’s goals, values, and paradigms.
Everyone wants the possibility of being, doing or having more in their life.
